Hello, I am Helen Rees and I have been painting ceramics for 10 years. I like it so much that I have a studio in Ynyslas where you can come to create your very own works of Art!

You can make your own unique and personal gifts for a Wedding, Anniversary, Christening, Birthday, Christmas (and any other special event you could think of!)

You can choose from a wide range of items such as Plates, Tiles, Bowls, Mugs, Jugs and Figurines of all shapes and sizes. You can paint your own designs, or use some of mine. You can see a selection of designs in the Image Gallery, or by clicking here.

The whole idea behind Blue Island Ceramics is to create a place where Adults can relax and forget the stresses and strains of life and Children can have real fun and let their imaginations run riot!

Painting pottery is so relaxing and is also great therapy and as well as stressed adults, I have also had visits from various groups with special needs. It was wonderful to see the way some of the visitors expressed themselves and became totally involved in creating their unique piece of ceramic art.

I host parties for groups of all ages and have had groups of 5 year olds and more mature ladies from various WI groups in the County. Why not plan time with your Family or Friends and create something wonderful. You can book space in the studio for your next Birthday Party, Girl's Night Out, Hen Party, Anniversary, Company Get Together or just to paint on your own!
